We offer three types of employment:

Temporary

Working as a Blue Ribbon Associate gives you freedom of choice and allows you to work when you want to work. Temporary assignments offer you the chance to explore potential full-time jobs, while earning extra money and learning new skills. Typical temp assignments range from a few hours, to a few days, to a few months. You will also benefit from networking opportunities and professional references.

Temp-to-Hire

Our Temp-to-Hire program allows you to “try out” a job and potential employer. This gives you the chance to determine if the work environment, and the position itself, meet your personal and professional goals. If at any time, you are not satisfied with the position, you simply contact Blue Ribbon and we will do our best to reassign you into another position.

Direct Hire/Executive Placement

Our direct hire program is at no cost to you and places you directly with one of our client companies.
