We have an immediate opening for an experienced Damage Estimator.  Ideal candidates will have construction background to include experience with water and fire cleanup, restoration, Insurance Adjusting, Project Management and Sales.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to: Investigate and assess damage to properties, analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations, prepare report of findings, working closely with clients, as well as field and office staff.

Must be compassionate with the ability to respond appropriately to people going through a difficult time, have the ability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience, the capability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems, effective speaking skill to convey information effectively.  Must be extremely detailed oriented.

Must have working knowledge of MS Suite and the ability to type at least 35 wpm.  Extensive experience with Xactimate Software is critical to securing this position.
